Scarlett Johansson - American Actress and singer (born in the city of New York on the 22nd of November 1984) - Her versatility in acting has earned the world awe, from dramas of the past, to thrillers and adventures. Johansson was born in New York City, and raised there by her father who was an architect and her mother, a producer. Hunter Her twin brother and She were all the smallest of a family of four. At a very young age she began to develop a passion for acting and began making commercial auditions around the age of seven. After a short time her studies began at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Then, in the following years it was the time that the Professional Children's School was opened in Manhattan. She made her debut as an actor in the film North (1994) at the age of nine. When she was eight years old, she appeared with Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson later appeared in Just Cause (1995) but her breakthrough was Manny & Lo (1996) a coming-of-age film about siblings who are orphaned and run away. After that, she earned high praise from critics for her performance as the role of a teenager who suffered an accident that caused her to be disfigured on screen in The Horse Whisperer (1998). She gained more attention with the film Ghost World (2002) as the cynical outcast Rebecca. Renee Felice Smith started her profession in the entertainment industry from a very young age. When she was a kid, she became fascinated with acting. With the help of her parents Smith was offered her first acting job when she was just six. Smith was in a Dannon commercial for television. Similar to numerous young actresses, she began her career in theatre. She worked on various projects in the USA as she made her debut on stage. She attended an institution called the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory, part of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
