The family was raised and born in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally at age thirteen at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. Soon after she played Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated for the Barrymore Award. The role was reprised as she made her Broadway debut at fifteen with Into the Woods, on Broadway. Molly was recognized as a Drama League Award. Molly has also been seen on Broadway to perform in the reprise of Fiddler on the Roof. She attended Princeton University as a Triangle Club Membership and earned an B.A. In 2008, she graduated with the degree of B.A. at the time, Wendy Greenhut made her Disney College Road Trip debut. Molly started her acting career following graduating with Off-Broadway performances, which included End Days and The Wonderful Maladys at HBO Pilot. Molly has been in several regional shows, such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 show The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly's best-known performance is on the set of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali the 17-year-old daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, which was held in 2008.
